Asparagus & Kale Breakfast Burrito
This burrito takes a classic breakfast of scrambled eggs and cheese and adds in a little extra green. All you need is eggs, swiss cheese, Asparagus & Kale, and your tortilla of choice. Once you’ve got the ingredients, you’re just a few steps away from the perfect breakfast.
To make this burrito:
- Make your scrambled eggs. You can find a recipe for great eggs here.
- Prepare your Asparagus & Kale according to the instructions on the bag. Or, you can find them here.
- Add your eggs and Asparagus & Kale to your tortilla. Top with swiss cheese.
- Tuck and roll the tortilla, and eat!
Tip: You can heat your tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and heating them in the microwave.
Asian Tofu Scramble Breakfast Burrito {Vegan}
This burrito is a spin on breakfast and Asian cuisines, making one delish dish. All it takes is two ingredients and the sauces of your choice! So bust out your Vegetable Medley and some tofu, and you’re on your way to mouthwatering goodness.
To make this burrito:
- Cube and lightly sautee tofu in a skillet until browned.
