Super healthy, super EASY weeknight dinner for me and my husband (one of his favorites!). Start with roasted sweet potatoes perfectly seasoned by Tommy’s Superfoods with a chicken lime burger from Trader Joe’s, all topped with chunky guacamole, arugula and crumbled feta!
