
This veggie burger bowl isn’t just loaded with flavor, it’s loaded with veggies! Three different medleys, to be exact. ? It’s a protein-packed dish that you can enjoy at any time of day.
Loaded Veggie Burger Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Tommy’s Cauliflower and Green Beans
- 1 bag of Tommy’s Asparagus and Kale
- 1 bag of Tommy’s Fiesta Quinoa
- 2 veggie burgers
- 1/2 cup yellow heirloom tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
- Prepare your veggie burgers on the grill or in a cast iron skillet
- Prepare all Tommy’s veggie medleys according to instructions on the bag
- Dice the yellow heirloom tomatoes
- Cut the cooked veggie burgers into strips
- Fill bowls with all three vegetable medleys and top with the veggie burger strips, diced tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese
