This veggie burger bowl isn’t just loaded with flavor, it’s loaded with veggies! Three different medleys, to be exact. ? It’s a protein-packed dish that you can enjoy at any time of day.

Loaded Veggie Burger Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Tommy’s Cauliflower and Green Beans
  • 1 bag of Tommy’s Asparagus and Kale
  • 1 bag of Tommy’s Fiesta Quinoa
  • 2 veggie burgers
  • 1/2 cup yellow heirloom tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Servings: 2

Directions:

  1. Prepare your veggie burgers on the grill or in a cast iron skillet
  2. Prepare all Tommy’s veggie medleys according to instructions on the bag
  3. Dice the yellow heirloom tomatoes
  4. Cut the cooked veggie burgers into strips
  5. Fill bowls with all three vegetable medleys and top with the veggie burger strips, diced tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese
