Super Greens Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 3 Ripe Avocados (Medium)
- 1 Jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
- ½ bag Tommy’s Organic Super Greens, cooked, drained and chilled (OR Tommy’s Super Greens)
- ½ Lime, juiced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup Canned Tomatoes with Green Chilis, drained
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder Kosher Salt, as desired

Directions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl. Using a fork, smash the avocado until it has reached your favorite consistency (we prefer chunky).
- Add all the remaining ingredients and gently fold into the smashed avocado.
- Refrigerate for up to two hours or serve immediately with your favorite dippers!
