- 2 Veggie Burger Patties (Whichever are your favorite!)
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 Tsp Cotija Cheese (Mexican Cheese)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Sliced Jalapeno, to taste
- Chopped Cilantro, to taste
