Tommy’s Presto Pesto Chicken/Pork

This Italian-inspired recipe can be made with either chicken breasts or a pork tenderloin.  Pesto-topped baked chicken or pork makes for the perfect addition to our root fusion medley of beets, turnips, carrots, and apples.

Tommy’s Presto Pesto Chicken/Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Tommy’s Root Fusion
  • 2 chicken breasts or 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2-4 Tbs. Pesto

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook For:
Dinner

Cuisine Type: Italian

Directions:

  1. Bake Tommy’s Root Fusion on 400 degrees until fully cooked – about 20 minutes.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon pesto to each chicken breast or 2 tablespoons per pork tenderloin. Bake in oven while Tommy’s Root Fusion is cooking.
  3. Presto. Pesto chicken with root fusion is served.
