Need a fast and delicious way to power up?  Our Fiesta Quinoa and Super greens are already seasoned and do all the work for you.  Heat and serve with grilled or roasted chicken breast, and you’ll have an easy delicious meal that is sure to power you up!

Tommy’s Super Fiesta Power Bowl

Ingredients:

  •  1 bag Tommy’s Fiesta Quinoa
  •  ½ Chicken breast cooked and sliced
  •  1 bag Tommy’s Super Greens or Organic Super Greens

Servings: 1

This Recipe is: Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free

Cook For:
Dinner
Lunch

Cuisine Type: American

Directions:

  1. Cook Tommy’s Super Greens, and Tommy’s Fiesta Quinoa in microwave separately on high for 5 minutes each.
  2. Add 2/3 cup of Fiesta Quinoa to bowl, and 2/3 cup of Tommy’s Super Greens.
  3. Add ½ chicken breast to power bowl.
