How it Works:

Our goal for you is to make healthy eating tasty and attainable. Developing a plan that’s organized and full of good food is a great way to make that happen, and that’s exactly what this challenge can do!

First, you have to register for the Think Veggies First challenge. Signing up gets you one entry into the sweepstakes as well as some extra motivation from us.

Once you’ve entered, it’s time to get your veg on! For 30 days, you’ll have vegetables in your three meals of the day, plus a snack. And trust us, once you get started, you won’t want to stop.

What You’ll Get:

We know getting vegetables in every meal can seem tough, but we’ve got your back. When you join our Think Veggies First challenge, you’ll receive:

  • A printable meal planner to help you organize your vegetable-filled meals and snacks for the month.
  • Recipes, ideas, and inspiration for tasty and easy veggie-centric meals.
  • Tips for incorporating vegetables into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack time.
  • Helpful hints on how you can keep up healthy eating habits.

Join in with Others:

The best part of the Think Veggies First challenge? You won’t be doing it alone! You can share your journey and connect with others by sharing your veggie-centered meals and snacks on Instagram with the hashtag #ThinkVeggiesFirst. Plus, sharing your photos gets you extra entries into the sweepstakes. We might even re-share your photos!

Being a vegetarian, I rely on my greens for all my meals. 🌱 I always look out for quick and healthy lunch options which don't take a lot of time. @TommysSuperFoods is my absolute favorite. Today I made Tommy's Seasoned Brussel Sprouts with some Basmati Fried Rice.
