Tommy’s + Eggs: A Match Made in Deliciousness

Forget the pancakes and muffins, when it comes to breakfast, vegetables are where it’s at.  At Tommy’s we’re all about starting each meal with vegetables, then choosing proteins, grains, and other delicious things to play off our vegetable of choice: it’s veggie-first thinking, all you need for a healthy (and tasty!) diet.

Last month we launched our #ThinkVeggiesFirst challenge and we’ve been cheering along as people shared great ideas and easy recipes for vegetable-centric meals on Instagram.  One combination that we’ve seen over and over again is our seasoned frozen vegetables – whether Super Greens, Asparagus & Kale, or Fiesta Quinoa – served with a side of eggs: scrambled, hard boiled, or fried.

It’s easy to forget to include vegetables with breakfast, so we wanted to share some of our favorite Tommy’s + eggs ideas.  Next time you need healthy breakfast…brunch…or lunch inspiration, try one of these super tasty, healthy, and easy combinations:

Tommy’s Super Greens + Scrambled Eggs + Avocado

Early morning of clients followed by a quick workout and home to this delicious brunch!?? Asparagus & Kale Over Rice + Hard Boiled Egg

Thanks to @tommyssuperfoods today’s dinner was super easy and delicious. Not only has Tommy’s made it easy for me to get more veggies in my meals but they’re also low sodium and Non-GMO with no artificial colors and flavors. Fiesta Quinoa + Eggs + Milk + Cheese

These are a hit! Fiesta quinoa bites for the little to munch on this week. Found this new blend at Grocery Outlet and it’s a winner. It smells like breakfast burritos up in here.????
